The activity is of key importance for ensuring the sustainability of the project results after its completion. The aim of the activity is to implement and exchange good practices regarding the policies and instruments adopted at the sectoral level, to engage and increase the competence of managers, human resources specialists, team leaders, mentors and employees of enterprises in their implementation.

The specific objective of the activity is to inform, consult and support at least 100 enterprises from selected 10 sectors.
